Distilled on the Isle of Islay at Laphroaig distillery, this release was bottled exclusively for the travel retail market. Taking its name from the Gaelic meaning "Big Ocean" this expression has been matured first in ex-bourbon barrels and later is transferred for a term to European oak. The whisky is then bottled free from chill filtration at a strength of 48% abv. Back to top
