Crafted exclusively using barley grown in one field of one farm from one vintage and peated to 133ppm. It has been matured for a five years in a combination of ex-American, virgin, bourbon oak, Rivesaltes and Syrah casks. before there being only 18,000 bottles produced, free from chill filtration and colouring.
