Distilled at the Macallan distillery in Speyside, this release was bottled by independent bottler Scotch Malt Whisky Society. Distilled in 2008, this expression was laid down to mature for 12 years initially in ex-Oloroso butts before being transferred to a first fill ex-Pedro Ximenez hogshead.
