This expression from Ireland's Midleton distillery, this release is the fourth chapter of the distillery's Dair Ghaelach series which ages whisky in Virgin Irish oak from particular forests in Ireland. Matured initially in American bourbon casks, this expression finishes a blend of pot still whiskies in lightly roasted Irish oak crafted from trees from the Knockwrath forest. The whisky was then bottled at a strength of 56.6% abv. Back to top
