Distilled at Kilchoman distillery which is a farm distillery in the North West of the island. Distilled in 2006 it is a vatting of two casks which has been matured for just five years with a sherry finish before being bottled for the 2011 Feis Ile festival free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
