Distilled in the Highlands at Old Pulteney distillery, this release was bottled for The Ultimate Whisky Company. This expression was distilled in 2008 and was put down to mature for at least 12 years, first in refill bourbon barrels, before being transferred for a 23 month finishing period to a single sherry cask. Part of a limited release of 696 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 56.3% abv. Back to top
