Distilled at Shinzato Shuzo distillery in Japan, which is said to be the oldest existing Okinawan distillery. It has been distilled from selected Indica rice and black koji before being laid down for at least eight years in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks before being bottled at a strength of 43% abv.
