The Spot Whiskies originated in the 1800s in Dublin, this lot contains two single pot still expressions. Gold Spot was produced to celebrate the 135th Anniversary of the Mitchell family. It was matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry butts, Bordeaux wine casks & port pipes and was bottled at a strength of 51.4% abv. Blue Spot was laid down to mature in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry butts & Madeira casks for at least 7 years, before being bottled at a cask strength of 58.7% abv. Back to top
