Distilled in Speyside at the Macallan distillery, this release forms part of the distillery's The Harmony Collection and is a collaboration with pastry chef, Jordi Roca. This expression was put down to mature in sherry seasoned American and European oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a strength of 44% abv. This set comes with a pairing guide, two branded Glencairn glasses and 10 piece custom made set of Compartés Chocolates which have been created using inspiration from the whiskies tasting notes.
