Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this young distillery laid down its first casks on 26th of May 2016. This release has been bottled exclusive for the Southport Whisky Club's Winter Festival 2020. This expression was initially laid down to mature in oak before spending a finishing period in a Pedro Ximenez cask. There were just 175 bottles produced at a strength of 58.1% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colouring. Back to top
