Shenk's Homestead Small Batch 2023 Release Description
Distilled at the Michter's distillery, Shenk's is the sour mash whiskey that the distillery produces. This expression is crafted using a substantial amount of rye in the mash and has been aged in two barrel profiles. One portion is aged in barrels using seasoned wood with Shenk's signature toast and char profile, whilst the other portion was aged in special toasted French oak barrels. Part of a limited small batch release, this whiskey has been bottled at a strength of 45.6% abv. Back to top
