Distilled at the Waterford distillery in Ireland, this whiskey forms part of their single farm origin series. This expression has been produced using Irina barley which was grown by Stephen & Andrew McDonnell on a farm by the river Barrow. It has been laid down to mature in American & French oak before being bottled at 50% abv. free from chill filtration and artificial colourings. Back to top
