In 1899, Shinjiro Torii began to produce & sell wines in Japan and years later started the challenge of creating a Japanese whisky. In 1923, the first Japanese whisky distillery, Yamazaki, was built. This release has been produced to celebrate the 100th Anniversary and is a blended whisky which has been matured in oak for an undisclosed period of time before being bottled at 43% abv. Back to top
