Isle of Raasay Dun Cana 2023 Release Description
Distilled at the Isle of Raasay distillery, this is the first batch of a new annual release from the distillers. This expression was put down to mature in oak for an undisclosed length of time, firstly in 1st fill ex-Woodford Reserve rye whiskey casks before being transferred for further maturation to ex-Oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez quarter casks. Part of a limited release of 14,000 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 52% abv. Back to top
