Bimber Peated Cask Batch #1 Description
Distilled at the Bimber distillery which is located in London with the first casks being laid down on 26th of May 2016. This expression has been laid down to mature in ex-bourbon oak casks and was finished in heavily peated ex-Islay oak casks for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled as batch number one in late July 2020 with there being just 1,750 bottles produced.
