Distilled at the Spirit of Yorkshire distillery, this release formed part of a trilogy of single cask bottlings from the distiller. This expression distilled in 2017 and was put down to mature in a single Pedro Ximenez sherry barrique for 5 years. Part of a limited release of 259 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings, at a strength of 61.7% abv. Back to top
