Distilled at the Glen Grant distillery in Speyside, this release was bottled by independent bottler, Gordon & MacPhail to celebrate the marriage of H.R.H The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer in 1981. It was produced using single malt distilled in 1948 and 1961, the couples birth years, and was matured for an undisclosed length of time in oak casks before being bottled at a strength of 40% abv.
