Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the Shoulders of Giants series they have produced to celebrate to pay homage to the thinkers, innovators and visionaries of bygone days whose contributions still resonate now. This particular release celebrates the playwright, William Shakespeare and was put down to mature in an ex-barley wine cask before spending a period of time in an ex-beer cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 271 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 57.7% abv. Back to top
