Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the Shoulders of Giants series they have produced to celebrate to pay homage to the thinkers, innovators and visionaries of bygone days whose contributions still resonate now. This particular release celebrates the mathematician, Sir Issac Newton and was put down to mature in a single ex-first fill American oak ex-bourbon cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 257 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 58.3% abv. Back to top
