Benromach 2008 cask strength

This expression of Benromach's 'classic Speyside single malt' is aged for ten years and bottled at the higher strength of 100° Proof, or 57% abv, free from chill-filtration.The nose is intensely sherries with stewed apple and vanilla pods. The palate brings black pepper and more fruity notes, with strawberry and orange, before a delicate smoke and milk chocolate. The finish is creamy and rich with a subtle smoke lingering.
