This peated Speyside single malt has been distilled in 2010 at Gordon & MacPhail's Benromach in Forres. Matured for its full term in first fill sherry hogsheads, this batch has been bottled at a strength of 59.9% abv in 2018.
The nose has sweet vanilla and cream with orange marmalade and cured meats. The palate brings more of the sherry influence with dried fruits, stewed prunes and white pepper, before a lingering smoke in the long warming finish.
