Nobara Bramble - 135 East Gin

Infuse your quintessentially English bramble with notes from Far East, like the yuzu and sansho pepper in 135 East Gin.

  1. Combine 45ml 135° East Gin, 30ml lemon juice and 12.5ml simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  3. Drizzle 12.5ml Blackberry Cream Liqueur over the mound of ice to create a 'bleeding' effect.
  4. Garnish with a single blackberry.

English Garden - Mermaid Gin

Refreshing and subtly sweet, this highball is best enjoyed in an English garden.

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice, then add 50ml Mermaid Pink Gin, 100ml apple juice.
  2. Stir and top the glass with tonic water.

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
  2. Add 35ml Malfy Gin Con Limone, 50ml Sanpellegrino Aranchiata Rossa and 50ml Prosecco, and stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with blueberries, lemon and basil sprig.

Raspberry Rhubarb Highball - Caorunn

In this twist on a classic highball, the subtly flavoured premium rhubarb mixer complements the extraordinary raspberry and rowan berry notes found in Caorunn Scottish Raspberry.

  1. In a highball glass, pour 50ml Caorunn Scottish Raspberry and 10ml fresh lime juice over ice.
