First up are our team in Glasgow Princes Square who are excited to share their love for The GlenDronach and their recent release of 'Ode to the Dark', one of a three-part collection which whisky heads in Glasgow are thoroughly enjoying.

Like candlelight through a window on a dark winter’s evening, The GlenDronach Ode To The Dark is a deep amber liquid glowing with hidden depths. Bottled at 50.8%, this is part of The Master's Anthology and is a single malt offering from The GlenDronach that has been matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
The liquid bursts onto the palate with light spices and sweetness which is then given a rounded complexity with the rich darkness of its underlying flavours of mocha, black cherry and chocolate.

Once declared as “The Second City of the Empire” Glasgow has been home to a Whisky Shop store for over 20 years and now has two - the newest of which is situated in Princes Square.
Conveniently located just off the busy shopping street of Buchanan Street, the building itself is of great historical importance and was as recently as 2016 voted as “ Scotland’s best building of the last 100 years” and is home to a variety of retail and leisure offerings.
Opened in December 2024 we are loving the reaction of our customers and from industry colleagues who seem to love our new store almost as much as we do! We have built up a longstanding customer base in Glasgow- with previous manager John Wilson a huge part of that history. It has been great to see so many familiar faces since opening. It is true to say that our Glasgow team love a bit of banter with our customers, and they seem to love it too!
Going forward we cannot wait to welcome customers old and new to share the fantastic space with us with some exciting events in the pipeline.
