Glenfiddich 31 Year Old Grand Chateau
Glenfiddich’s Grand Chateau is a 31 year old single malt Scotch whisky first matured within American and European oak, before an extended nine-year finish in Bourdeaux wine casks. Bottled as a part of the Grand Series Limited Edition Collection, which celebrates the unexpected collusion between single malt and cultures around the world, the inside of the exquisite box is decorated with a vivid design by Swedish artist, Andre Saraiva. The liquid tells the tale of two valleys, the winding River Fiddich and its French counterpart, the Garrone, drawing inspiration from the two to create one exceptional liquid.

The award winning Glenfiddich 21 year old has been aged in casks that once contained premium Caribbean rum - and these are used to finish this 21 Year Old expression. Bottled by Loch Fyne Whiskies, this single cask limited edition bottling has been matured for eight years in cask #036, and decanted at 53.0% abv. Williamson is the cover name for a whisky from a well-known Islay distillery. One of only 186 bottles.
The Loch Fyne Knockdhu 12yo #3201
Bottled by Loch Fyne Whiskies, this 12-year-old expression from Knockdhu distillery has been lovingly treated to a finish in a single Ximenez-Spinola sherry cask. Limited to just 421 bottles, with a massive strength of 61.1% abv. Expect deep sherried fruit flavours, balanced by Indian spices and fresh honey.
The Loch Fyne Islay 9 Year Old #860
Bottled by Loch Fyne Whiskies, this single cask limited edition bottling hails from the isle of Islay. The smoky single malt has been matured for nine years in cask #860, and decanted at 53.0% abv. One of only 450 bottles. Expect a light and gentle palate with complex sweet peat smoke and exotic spice flavour. The finish will engulf you with waves of gentle smoke and a floral haze that will have you looking for more.
