This series consists of limited edition small batch bottlings from Fettercairn's 14 dunnage-style warehouses. Warehouse 2 was once home to the Customs & Excise Office. Hailing from Warehouse 2, the expression matured in a combination of first and second fill bourbon barrels and Hungarian wine casks. Bottled at 48.8% abv, this single malt is bursting with the classic tropical flavours Fettercairn is renowned for. The nose has stewed pears, rich vanilla, and cracked black pepper. Citrus peel, toasted nuts, and refreshing notes of passionfruit and melon appear on the palate before leading into the sweet and satisfying finish. Fettercairn was founded in 1824 by Sir Alexander Ramsay and has carved its own path in the whisky industry for almost 200 years.
