It was then moved into Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks where the liquid spent a second maturation. The liquid was then married together in bourbon barrels and enjoyed a finish in port pipes. Expect aromas of sugared almonds, Victoria sponge cake, and dried fruits. The palate is fruity with raisins and vibrant citrus zest before leading into the sumptuous and spicy finish with hints of cocoa appearing at the close.
