The Porch Rocker

A taste of summer perfection: Fresh peaches and Woodford Reserve Double Oaked.

  1. Add 45ml Woodford Reserve Double Oaked, 15ml Amaretto and 30ml brewed black tea to a highball glass with ice.
  2. Stir well, and top with 175ml of soda water.
  3. Garnish with seasonal fruit.

Gold Rush

This Whisky Sour riff replaces simple syrup with honey syrup, also known as “liquid honey”, to add a new richness and depth to the original.

  1. First make your honey syrup by mixing together 60ml syrup and 30ml hot water.
  2. Add 60ml Maker's Mark, 25ml honey syrup and 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Jack Apple Mule

This ultra-refreshing fruity-spicy julep brings lashings on sunshine with it.

  1. Add 60ml Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple to a copper mug with ice.
  2. Top with ginger beer and stir.
  3. Squeeze two slices of lime and drop in.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.

The Paper Plane

A delicate balance between bitter and sour notes, there’s a good reason the Paper Plane is as popular as it is today.

  1. Combine 20ml Angel's Envy Bourbon, 20ml Amaro Nonino, 20ml Aperol and 20ml lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake, and strain into a coupe glass.

Strawberry Basil Bourbon Smash

Four Roses Small Batch brings out the botanical flavours and sweetness in fresh muddled strawberries, with notes of red ripened berries.

  1. First make your strawberry syrup by adding 70g of strawberries (sliced), 100ml water and 200ml honey to a saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and strain. Add a pinch of salt.
  2. Add 60ml Four Roses Small Batch, 20ml strawberry syrup, 20ml lemon juice and 4 basil leaves to a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Shake and strain over ice into a rocks glass
  4. Garnish with strawberries and a basil leaf.
