Bimber Apogee XII 12 Year Old

A brilliant release from the bright minds at London's Bimber distillery! Most well known for their Spirit of the Underground range (a collection dedicating each release to a station on the London Underground), Bimber is an up-and-coming distillery that is well worth keeping an eye on. This blended malt has been finished in Bimber's used single malt casks, and boasts flavours of honey-drizzled peaches and earthy spices.

Filey Bay Special Release Double Oak #2

Named for the curved beach front seen from the distillery window, Filey Bay is a gorgeous beauty spot in North Yorkshire. The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery has married together their two distillate styles to create Filey Bay Double Oak #2, which is matured in a unique combination of select ex-Bourbon and Virgin Oak casks. The result is nostalgic English childhood-like flavours of cream soda, fruit gums, and pineapple cubes, with a hint of spicy oak. No need for the rose-tinted glasses!

Gullivers England's No.6

Created to celebrate the best No.6's in English rugby comes this delightful single malt. Fittingly, it is distilled at The St. George's Distillery in Norfolk, and matured for six years, with a finish in ex-rum casks. The result is a whisky full of tropical fruits and vanilla, with notes of sultanas and apricots. Additionally, while stocks last, you will receive a free official England Rugby hip flask with your bottle!

Oxford Rye Whisky Batch 3

A fabulous ode to rye whisky from The Oxford Artisan Distillery! This expression was first matured in American oak casks for 17 months, and then fully matured in Moscatel de Setúbal wine casks for an additional 19. Bottled at cask strength, Oxford Rye Whisky Batch #3 is double distilled in their custom-made stills, and oozes with summer vibrance.  A limited-edition release to savour.

Wire Works Virgin Oak Finish

A fabulous limited release from White Peak Distillery, located within the scenic Peak District National Park, Derbyshire. Lovingly finished in a dozen virgin oak barrels, this stellar English single malt boasts flavours of sweet pepper, orchard fruits, cloves and a touch of smoke. Wire Works is indeed named for a bit of English history stored within the building used to house the distillery, as their spot in the forest was previously the Johnson and Nephew Wireworks - a pioneering factory during the industrial revolution.

Masthouse Single Malt Pot and Column Still

Produced at the Copper Rivet distillery in Kent, this expression is made using 100% Belgravia barley and is then distilled in both column and pot stills. A truly uniquely made single malt. The whisky brings forth flavours of freshly baked bread, liquorice porridge and butterscotch - quintessentially English flavours that make for a fitting tribute to St George's Day.

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Reserve No.6

A delectably sweet and aromatic dram from The Lake's Distillery, located within the lush Cumbrian holiday spot of The Lake District. The new distillery takes is inspiration from the Cognac tradition of élévage, in which they regularly sample the spirit during maturation, and the perfume industry - as well as its gorgeous surroundings. This expression is an artistic exploration of The Lakes' sherry-led house style, in which the whisky was matured in the finest Oloroso, PX and red wine casks. The result is fragrant flavours of dates, fruit cake and five spice.

English Whisky Founders Private Cellar 15 Year Old

The English Distillery in Norfolk was established in 2006, making it the oldest in the England! They have really outdone themselves with this exceptional sherried whisky - a perfect dram to toast St George with. It was matured in a single sherry cask for 15 years, and bottled at a bold cask strength of 57.6% abv. Rich and distinctive, expect flavours of baked fig, raisin and crystallised ginger. Sublime!

The Lakes Whiskymaker's Editions Infinity

Another sublime expression from The Lakes Distillery, this one is titled Infinity as it is a whisky inspired by the interconnectedness of fragrance and flavour. Matured in a combination of sherry butts, including rare Palo Cortado seasoned American oak casks, expect flavours of incense sticks, spices, dates, treacle and cocoa. Gorgeous!

That Boutique-y Whisky Company English Whisky Company 9 Year Old Batch 4

A rare English bottling from the ever-funky That Boutique-y Whisky Company, this peated single malt was distilled at The English Distillery, and matured in a single Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at a staggering 67% abv, St George would have needed a dram of this before daring to battle the dragon, depicted as a snarling terror on the label of the bottle!
