This small batch release from Deanston distillery in the Scottish Highlands is produced from organic barley sourced from local farms and distilled in a way that is fully certified organic from malting to bottling. Free from chill-filtration and artificial colouring, this 15-year-old Highland single malt is bottled at 46.3% abv.

The nose is fruity with soft woody notes and sweet vanilla hints. The palate brings spicy malt dripping with honey and vanilla, before a crisp finish with oak sweetness lingering.
