For our next episode of Digital Drams we take a slight detour from whisk(e)y and will be sampling three fantastic, handcrafted Mezcals from The Lost Explorer with Montserrat Franco. The event will talk place on Thursday, 15th of September, at 7.30pm and each pack will include 3 x 3cl samples, and a free gift with purchase of a Lost Explorer Branded copita. The tasting will be a great opportunity for someone to expand their knowledge of Mezcal, or just for the Mezcal lover to taste and learn a bit more. And no better person to learn off than Montserrat, a certified sommelier, awarded Tequiler and certified Mezcalier, and speaker of eight languages! The mezcals in the pack are: The Lost Explorer Salmiana 12 Year Old The Lost Explorer Tobala 10 Year Old The Lost Explorer Espadin 8 Year Old All for £20.00 per 3 x 30ml tasting pack for W Club members. Including delivery. The event will be hosted on Zoom, and you will receive a private link the day before the tasting. The event will begin at 7:30pm and if you join before this time you will be entered into a virtual waiting room until we admit everyone at the same time. *The tasting will be recorded, and the recording made available to anyone who purchases the pack the day following the event, so if you can't attend on the night, don't worry! Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
