Since they started distilling The Lakes Distillery has been making waves in the whisky world, including winning World's Best Single Malt at the 2022 World Whisky Awards. James Jeffery — lifelong whisky enthusiast, blogger and, now Senior National Account Manager for The Lakes Distillery — will guide us through a line-up of four (4 x 3cl) whiskies. Featuring: The One Manzanilla Cask Expression The One Colheita Cask Expression The Whiskymaker’s Reserve No.5 (The Lakes flagship single Malt) And the distillery's newest release, set for national launch next month! All for £20.00 per 4 x 30ml tasting pack for W Club members. Including delivery. And £25.00 per tasting pack for non-W Club members. The event will be hosted on Zoom, and you will receive a private link the day before the tasting. The event will begin at 7:30pm and if you join before this time you will be entered into a virtual waiting room until we admit everyone at the same time. *The tasting will be recorded, and the recording made available to anyone who purchases the pack the day following the event, so if you can't attend on the night, don't worry! Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
