This 7-year-old rum is made with sugar can grown on the island of Negros in the Philippines. Aged in oak casks before being blended, it is bottled in small batches at a strength of 40% abv.
The nose is sweet and fruity with apricot, tangerine and toffee. The palate brings a blast of vanilla and cinnamon, before raisins and sultanas emerge alongside marmalade. The cinnamon lingers into the finish.
