UK delivery from £4.99. Free UK delivery (excluding Islands & NI) when you spend £75.
Next day UK delivery available on orders placed before 1pm. Orders to Highland postcodes may take an additional day to arrive. Islands & Northern Ireland orders take 3-4 working days and will incur additional cost. Find out more about UK delivery

Choose our Reduce & Recycle service during checkout to remove any unwanted gift cartons, tubes or boxes, from your order. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!
All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.Back to top
If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.
Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.Back to top
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.
In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
