This Highland single malt was distilled in 2012 at Blair Athol distillery. After eight years in a wine cask, this expression was bottled in 2021 by family-run independent bottler Hunter Laing & Co. as part of the First Editions series. Only 454 bottles have been filled at a preferred strength of 46% abv, free from chill filtration and artificial colouring.
Aromas of vanilla and sweet rich fruits fill the nose. The palate is smooth and sweet, with chocolate raisins and vanilla fudge. The finish is long, sweet and fruity
