Distilled at Craigellachie distillery in Speyside, this single cask expression was laid down in 2006 and matured in a refill barrel for 12 years before bottling in 2019. Part of the First Editions range from Glasgow's Hunter Laing & Co., this expression is limited to just 256 bottles.
The nose is sweet with dark chocolate, red plums and toffee. The palate brings sweet notes of orange, caramel and a touch of mocha, before a long and lingering finish with a hint of pepper.
