A sweet and refreshing single malt. Matured ex-bourbon oak, this Highland expression is was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 at 43% abv as part of Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery range.
There are aromas of juicy pears, heather honey, and floral notes that move into flavours of toasted oak, rich vanilla, and herbal hints on the palate. The finish is gentle and satisfying.
