An exceptional Speyside single malt Scotch from The Glenallachie, this is part of the second batch of their Virgin Oak Series. Aged in a 10 year slumber, first in American oak ex-bourbon barrels and then finished for 18 months in Chinquapin Oak casks. Air dryed for almost four years, these virgin casks were then toasted to a medium level before hosting the whisky. Bottled at 48% abv, the liquid is free from chill filtration, and has natural colour. On the nose, we find the dram to be bursting with orange zest, honey and walnut, with hints of brown sugar, baking spice and aniseed. On the palate, the dram is a complex one. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
