Distilled at The GlenAllachie in Speyside, this single malt has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company as part of their Boutique-y Records series. The expression spent a decade maturing and has undergone a finish in a Pedro Ximenez cask. Just 257 bottles were filled at 54.2% abv.
The nose brings dried fruit, black cherry, and sumptuous dark chocolate. The dried fruit continues in the palate alongside lashings of malt loaf, milk chocolate, nuts, and pleasant spice before leading into a peppery and fruity finish complemented by sweet notes of vanilla cream.
