Distilled in 1971, this expression has spent 50 years slumbering in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks before being married together. After this, the dram was finished in a single Pedro Ximenez cask to create this deeply intricate whisky. The 50-year-old single malt has come to be under the watchful eye of The GlenDronach’s Master Blender Rachel Barrie. The expression is free from chill filtration, has been bottled at 43.8% abv and has a natural cask imparted dark amber colour. This whisky has notes of cranberries and sugared almonds on the nose, with some deep woody hints coming through. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
