Glenfiddich’s Grand Chateau is a 31 year old single malt Scotch whisky first matured within American and European oak, before an extended nine-year finish in Bourdeaux wine casks. Bottled as a part of the Grand Series Limited Edition Collection, which celebrates the unexpected collusion between single malt and cultures around the world, the inside of the exquisite box is decorated with a vivid design by Swedish artist, Andre Saraiva. The liquid tells the tale of two valleys, the winding River Fiddich and its French counterpart, the Garrone, drawing inspiration from the two to create one exceptional liquid. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
