Glenglassaugh Octaves Classic

Carefully selected by Master Distiller, Billy Walker, the casks used to mature this Highland single malt are approximately 1/8th the size of a butt, allowing for more surface interaction between the whisky and the wood. The result is a whisky of great depth of flavour in a much shorter time.The nose has an abundance of sweet shop aromas, with sherbet and candy apples over a gentle white pepper and cinnamon. The palate has green apple balanced with stewed plums and vanilla, before oak softening to sweet barley on the finish.
