This Highland Park Cask Strength release is the Orkney Distillery's staple single malt in its purest form. The much-anticipated second release in the Cask Strength series is composed primarily of sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, along with a few ex-bourbon casks. The result is a hearty, punchy dram that has a natural deep gold colour. It is free from chill filtration and bottled at a staggering 63.9% abv. Aromas of rose petals, ripe pear, and coconut gather on a wave of aromatic peat smoke. The palate is one where a wild harmony is found between sweet poached pear, rich almond cake, cloudy honey, and spiced oak, black pepper, and aniseed. In a luxuriously long finish, this harmony reaches a crescendo with orchard fruits, salty liquorice, and more peat smoke. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
