The first batch and bottling of rum from the J. Gow Distillery from That Boutique-y Rum Company. Located up in Orkney, Scotland, this rum was matured in chestnut and virgin oak casks and bottled after 2 years. It uses 3 parts chestnut cask, and one part virgin oak. The former cask type makes this rum stand out, allowing for a more rapid maturation. This rum is sure to stand out, with a strong abv of 57.2% abv, and another intriguing graphic novel style label. This is a batch of 220 bottles and will be turning eyes northward for first-rate, characterful rum from now on. The nose gives aromas of clementine, herbaceous notes, sultanas and oaky tannins. Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
