Showcasing the method of whiskey making pioneered by Mr Jack himself and still used to this day at the distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, this 150th Anniversary bottle is distilled from the finest ingredients, filtered through ten feet of sugar maple charcoal and matured in virgin barrels.Matured high on Coy Hill in the Angel's Roost, this celebratory bottling is presented at 100 proof (50% abv), ensuring the richness of the flavour is maintained. Sweet butterscotch and toffee notes precede a luxuriously full and smooth finish with warm toasted oak flavours lingering.

The home of the Jack Daniel's Distillery is Lynchburg in Moore County, the smallest county in Tennessee.

Even though it is home to one of the most famous American whiskies in the world, Moore County is a "dry county" where it has been forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages since Prohibition.

A special state law allows the distillery to sell small, commemorative bottles of Jack Daniel's whiskey to tourists, but not on Sundays.
