This whisky signifies the rebirth of the Jura distillery on the island of Jura in 1963. On the front of the bottle is a Celtic symbol for birth, beginnings and the forces of nature. The 10 year old is aged in ex-Bourbon casks for 10 years and is light and delicate with a warming honey finish.
The bourbon cask maturation makes this a smooth whisky, with floral notes and a hint of oak. Sweet honey and soft, warming barley develop to a traditional Island character. A sweet malty biscuit and sea spray finish.
