Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Sarah first joined the team at our flagship Piccadilly store in 2018. After exciting roles elsewhere in the industry, she returned to The Whisky Shop team in January 2022 to provide our international clients with expert advice on old and rare whisky.

Frances joined the team in January 2022 after earning a degree in Journalism & Creative Writing and English. Having spent more than four years working in retail alongside experience as a freelance writer, Frances uses her creative flair to produce our magazine Whiskeria.

Luke joined The Whisky Shop in January 2022, having previously worked as a mixologist and Irish whiskey specialist, among other roles. Luke has a real grá for the whisky industry, its people, and its stories, all of which he incorporates into his role with The W Club.
