It’s easy to see that the designers of this bottle have excelled themselves, but it’s even better to hear the distillery have too. Nc’nean are an independent, organic whisky distillery that exist to experiment. This expression has matured in specially treated red wine and American whiskey barrels , and make using 100% organic Scottish barley. Arriving at 46% abv, this is free from chill filtration and has a natural colour. It is made from a recycled glass bottle, and the distillery is known for recycling 99.97% of their waste. All orders are sent using tracked courier services, and we'll provide a link to track your order via email when it is dispatched so you can check on the progress of your items every step of the way.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, we will arrange for a return via courier and issue a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund you must contact us to inform us of any issue within 24 hours of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 14 days from the day you received delivery. Items that are bespoke or personalised cannot be cancelled, and will only be returnable if faulty.

In the event of cancellation, the cost of returning your items will be your responsibility and not that of The Whisky Shop. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be processed on receipt of the items.
