Promotional Codes

1. Browse the codes on this page and to find the one that works for you.
2. After finding your perfect code, copy it.
3. Some of our codes are exclusive to registered customers so you'll need to sign in or create an account by clicking “Sign in” at the top right-hand side of the page.
4. It’s now time to add your desired products to your basket.
5. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping basket icon on the top right-hand side of the page.
6. You are now at the checkout screen. On the right-hand side, there is a button that reads “Apply Discount Code.” Click this, then paste your promo code into the box. Click the button that says “Apply Discount.” Your promo code is now added to your order!
7. Finish filling out your shipping, payment, and billing details. And that’s you! It really is as simple as that.

This can vary from code to code. Read the Terms and Conditions of your promo code to see what products you can use the code on. Some codes may be exclusive to specific brands or may only be applicable if you spend a certain amount.

It depends. Some codes may work on items that are already on sale, however, this can vary. Check out the Terms and Conditions of each promo code to see if there are any limitations.

There could be several reasons why your promotional code isn’t working:

• Double check that you have entered your code correctly. Codes are case sensitive so be sure to type the code exactly as you see it.
• Check the Terms and Conditions of your promo code to ensure that it is valid to use on the items you are buying. Not every promo code can be used on every product we stock.
• Make sure that you have signed into your Whisky Shop account. Certain promo codes are exclusive to registered customers, so sign up and/or log in to ensure you aren’t missing out!
• Make sure you have pressed the button that reads “Apply Discount.” Simply pasting in the code will not take the money off your order, you need to be sure that you’re actually applying it, too!
