    Refunds & returns

    We will accept the return of goods, and issue a full refund, when:

    1. the goods have demonstrably been damaged prior to transit or 
    2. the goods received are clearly different from those ordered;


    the recipient has notified us of the fact within 24 hours of receipt.

    Goods shall not be returned unless and until the customer or recipient has:


    • The Whisky Shop has accepted the return of the goods, in which case only, The Whisky Shop shall be responsible for the cost of transit by the method specified by us.

    Refunds will be credited back to your account upon our receipt of the goods.

    Notwithstanding the above, the customer has the right to cancel the order as specified in the Cancellation Section.
