Rum has been synonymous with the island of Grenada for the past 200 years. This expression of Six Saints Rum is at a strength of 41.7% ABV and has been matured in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being finished in Pedro-Ximenez sherry casks for an additional six months, adding complexity and sweet fruitiness. There are notes of grilled pineapple, toasted oak and vanilla ice cream alongside the classic tropical fruit flavours.
